United Way of Westchester and Putnam staff joined advocates, organizations, and residents at the Westchester Residential Opportunities Fair and Affordable Housing Expo. The free, public event brought together resources for those looking to rent, buy, or find affordable housing in the region. United Way team members took the opportunity to share information about the 211 Helpline, a single point of contact for residents navigating an overwhelming landscape of resources and support, making it easier to find help when they may not know where to look. Whether that is housing, food assistance, mental health support, childcare, or utility help, 211 connects residents to the right resources for their needs. As housing challenges continue to grow across the region, United Way remains committed to making sure residents know where to turn.
