Dawn French
White Plains Hospital
Dawn French is Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President for Marketing and Community Relations at White Plains Hospital, overseeing the Hospital’s brand and public reputation and advising on organizational strategy. A member of the executive leadership team, she also provides counsel that helps the organization prioritize strategies to deliver on its mission of providing care that is exceptional, every day. Previously, she held communications roles at Hudson Valley Hospital and Westchester Medical Center and spent more than a decade in television news, earning two Emmy Awards.  French is a board member, and former chairperson, for the Westchester/Fairfield chapter of the American Heart Association, where she is also chair of the 2026 Westchester Heart Walk. She also serves on the boards of ArtsWestchester, and Sprye. She holds a Master in Public Health, and an undergraduate degree in Journalism.
Joanne Wright
IBM
Joanne Wright is Senior Vice President, Transformation and Operations at IBM.​ Joanne drives IBM’s enterprise transformation, proving how AI and hybrid cloud unleash productivity, innovation, and growth at global scale.​
Joanne is a long-time board member of United Way of Westchester – Putnam and champions its ALICE work supporting local families facing financial hardship. Joanne leads IBM’s Women at IBM Community and founded the company’s Women’s Business Resource Group. She has received women leadership recognition from the Stevie Awards, Fortune, and Girls Inc. National.​
